im a bit confused... When the slope are different from each other it can be any number, therefore infinity solutions. but when there are equal it also can have infinity solutions?

For problem 1 would there be infinitely amount of solutions if both equations had the same slope but different y- intercepts?

Correct me if im wrong in the 1st question what u mean is that no matter what value we multiply the first equation with we cannot 5/3 as a result for the slope ?? please give further explanation if possible becuz i kind off didnot understand why cannot we do that
