UWL UB at MANKATO | MN TRIP AND MEETING UP WITH ALUMNI

On March 16 & 17, 2019 a group of UBers headed to MN to attend Asian American Night at MN State University-Mankato. We decided to make it a weekend trip with a college visit as well as checking out some of the great food and meeting up with some UB alumni.
Our first stop was at K-bop, a Korean restaurant in Dinkytown of Minneapolis. We headed to Mankato afterwards for our college visit and then the Asian American Night event hosted by the Asian American Multicultural Affairs at MN State University-Mankato, who Dr. Pao Lee Vue, a UB alum is the director of. The next day we headed back to the Twin Cities for boba at Boba & Tea in St. Paul and dim sum at Pagoda in Dinkytown of Minneapolis for lunch. Afterwards, we walked off the calories at the Hop into Spring event at the Como Zoo & Conservatory followed up with dinner at Thai Cafe in St. Paul, which is owned by two UB alumni, Lynn Her and Lao Vue.
