Very useful! I'm keen on using controllers like your generation, so this is good for 'showing the ropes' without risking confusion of misconfiguring the many buttons! I didn't even know the 2 mini sticks pushed in with a click! As a purist, I think controllers should mimick the intended console: some with letters, numbers and shapes. Wired vs wireless: doesn't matter that much, as long as there's no latency.

Batocera so much better and user friendly. It just doesn’t have the catchy name recognition of Retropie to really be adopted by more people.

I recently made me a retro gaming console and I can't seem to get ps3 games to work, I got ps1 and ps2 games to work after several failed attempts but still can't get ps3 games to work, I have downloaded the ps3 update and installed but it still shows on screen that eboot failed, I can add games in rom folder and they show on home page but will not load and play. I can also scrape games and get artwork but that's all, can you do a video that helps me, I have watched several videos and they seem complicated, I like your videos because they are easy to follow and figure out how to get them to work.

I want to map a grs star wars flight yoke on batocera. I need to bypass the D-pad function and use the analog stick ( so I have found out) but I don't know how to get passed the D-pad. Would you have any idea on how to do that?? Thank you.

I can’t get my controller settings to save. Mainly the “player assignments” which is the only way I can seem to keep player 1 and 2 to their designated order (I’m using a custom arcade machine)

Nice. I just ordered a PAWKY PAD the other night. I take batocera over coinops because it uses Retroarch for the Older consoles which means latency control. That trumps everything. I keep my arcade games stand alone mame tho. Great video.

how about pressure sensitive button on ps2 batocera? silent hill 2 can use light attack when press lightly, or press with more pressure to perform hard attack

ive recived the same game system, but lods of the art work is missing for the games when scrolling through the game menus? ive linked it via ethernet cable to my router, what can i do to get the artwork to show ....great video too !
