It's inspired by Himiko Toga from the anime BNHA, its what she uses to collect the blood she drinks.
I find that this song fits really well the yandere/psychopath aesthetic that the character has.

Towards the end of the song, you can (sort of, if you have earphones/headphones) hear a muffled voice trying to catch our attention behind the singing. It really adds the creepiness to the song.

This song hits close to home for me, not in a maniac sense of killing people ect.. but rather the whole, youd do anything, even hurt yourself, hurt others just for *their* approval. Even if youd ruin your name, your relationships, status.. youd do anything for their love and dedication, but nothing you ever do is enough nothing ever is. You cold be bleeding out on the floor begging them to atleast show an OUNCE of appreciation towards what you do.. and they still wont.
