I think you should remove the NRI word from the title of your video. We are not here to listen to the summary of Budget. Stop wasting our time with such misleading titles

Video title saying "impacting NRI's" - but there is nothing mentioned in your video about NRI perspective.

Editor is having issues with <> symbols. He placed it exactly opposite.

Greater than - <
Lesser than - >

In reality it's the opposite

First time severe discrimination made against NRI individuals who cannot opt for new regime because NRIs r clubbed with firms and HUF in excluding them from 87A rebate which is most unjustified and bureaucratic drafting mistake

On Realestate 12.5% reduction will not reduce the bubble. This is a stupid move because people will not sell now and demand in Realestate will go up because there is less sellers now.

It's a great misleading video. The title and the content don't align, I feel like listening to a government agent reading 2024-2025 budget on behalf of the Finance Minister!

Good explanations ! Understand it’s not only applicable for NRI nevertheless good overview. People dont understand the effort it takes to make a good and simple video for something they don’t pay for that too.

Great summary for start ups india government should give 3 years no tax, then may be similar tax level as residents and encouraging the NRI's to be part of india's Growth. India needs a great change for manufacturing hub ... only population growth is not a great achievement. We have to learn a lot from China...

There is a difference between bufget to benefit govt vs budget to benefit people and you are definitely biased towards budget that will simply benefit the govt and result in even more tax collection from same people.

Whattt was the need of adding NRI to caption when u din't talk a single thing about NRI's

If NRIs select old regime of taxation you said the exemption limit is 2.5 lakhs. What is exemption limit for super senior NRIs (80 and above) ? Will you please throw light on this point. Secondly, NRIs can still take benefit of indexation in real estate investment if they stick to old regime .

Hi Ma’am thank you for the brief summary
my question pertains to redevelopment properties in real estate category: is there a scrutiny as to whether long-term or short term capital gains will be applied to recently develop properties?

Reducing Customs Duty on Gold does not boost manufacturing the way you said it.

Property bubble in India was joke I guess, cos property prices stagnatted ever since this NDA govt took over, with all these taxations they stopping the NRI 's from investing in India

Simplified capital gains is really making life so much better ! Even capital gains without indexation for real estate is also is fair .
