Well, the YouTube algorithm got it just right. This was the first video I saw after literally quitting my job today. Life is change. Change is uncomfortable. Therefore Life is uncomfortable. When you really accept this it becomes so much easier to live fully.

Also something I realized about minimalism: it’s not the stuff that’s the problem, it’s the attachment. I think you can feel like a minimalist in a house full of stuff if you are not attached to it…
