You can do these without the mason jars too!

Basically freeze them in muffin tins until solid, toss into single layers/bites in a vacuum sealer, and seal up the food. Cook at the specific temperature and pop them out....

This is the best egg bite recipe I've tried so far, even got a puffy mound on it. I sprinkled some parmesan on them and broiled for a few minutes in the toaster oven, very good.
