Mike Fedes bike is now comparable in performance and low weight to a $7000 - $10000 factory e-mountain bike. He would have spent less than 1/3 of that cost doing this conversion on his own MTB.

It's all well and good saying its got 1500w continuous but how much torque does it produce because that's what actually matters isn't it?! It seems very very loud also

People also need to realize this is not a pure "Petal Assisted Bike" like the ones you bike from Trek or other retailers. Because this modification uses a throttle, its more akin to a dirt bike than a true e-mountain bike you'd by from a retailer. Because of that it will have more restrictions on where you can ride it. I'm not saying that's necessarily a bad thing, but you have to understand the distinction and the regulations that apply.

Could you do a comparison video for the speed and stuff like set up a track or something and time it on a normal pedal bike and then with the motor setup timed laps and 1/4 mile straights and stuff would be really kool to watch

My 2021 Trek Rail 7 with bosh motor would do that hill no problem...It was around $5500 but that is with a quality mountain bike and high end 1x12 Shimano SLX/XT drivetrain and integrated 650 watt battery and more all engineered for that battery and motor.

im very intrested in this product i have a custom enduro bike i spend 7k on a 2017 transion patrol how can i fit motor on the botton of the frame when the gear cable and rear cable is coming out of the bottom of the frame?
