I have a different type of Omron than in this clip. The instructions are horrible. This is has to be the top of the most worse instructions I ever had for anything....The amount of pages to read for the terms of agreement is insane. Who the heck wants to read a book just to monitor your blood pressure? They have to know most ppl won't read it, so it almost seem like a scam. It took forever to find the button on the back of device for the pairing because it doesn't clearly show where it it.

I’ve been trying to pair to my device and it just won’t. It seem it doesn’t work with the Evolv HEM-7600T-E model. It’s frustrating.

I have followed the instructions TO THE LETTER, and all I get is “pairing unsuccessful”. Very frustrating.

I’m trying to pair a IntelliSense for like 30 minutes and it’s not pairing and I work in technology for the last 30 years. This is a piece of crap. Pairing Bluetooth should not be difficult. It seems that the Bluetooth in this device does not even work it just keeps blinking.

Mine paired fine the first time. Worked for a day. Now won’t pair at all despite repeated attempts.

Seeing a lot of issues with these BP devices and hardly any replies from OMRON. My BP6350 also does not pair with my smart device.

The app seems kind of pointless since all it does is reflect the information that's already on the device screen

Yes, I am so frustrated. I’ve been doing this a half hour on and off on and off on and off and I’m tired of it. Your product just went from OK to worse.

Also when you sell many different devices you need to have different videos. I am pairing intelli Sense and it is not pairing.
I am surprised that you pay more than 200$ for a premium machine which doesn’t even pair.
Also, I try to take my blood pressure without pairing and it keeps giving an E5 error message which means that the cuff is not put on correctly whereas it is put on correctly. This is going back with a bad review

The app really is very poor. The pairing works sometimes, but not others. The email support is usesless, telling me to call. The phone support steps me through a process that makes the device work just one time; Next time I take a BP it does not work. Terrible. I wish I had bought a competitive unit.

The pairing difficulty of Omron devices is because Omron hasn't updated its Bluetooth hardware or software for more than a decade. No other devices have such difficulty.
