How many Headset can be paired with Standard base, for a shared workstation, can a single base be used with multiple agents, Do these base store the pairing information of headset, or does every time user need to pair their headset with the base?

Do you know if the multibase is available separately? I specifically requested the multibase at work so I don't have to swap USB cables between phone and computer but a standard base is what is ordered.

Can you accept phone calls with either of these models? We have a user at our company who's current headset works minus accepting incoming calls.

I received the 562 as a gift and I'm ready to put it on eBay. The sound quality is quite poor on both ends, overly compressed and tinny. The manuals online refer to Cisco phone apps, useless on a desktop.
Is there a way to fix this EQ problem? The Webex interface is not helpful either.
