I recommend using automatic payments software because with all of the clients' messy books and the headaches they cause you don't have time to run behind the client for payment. Eliminate the account receivable in your practice. In the video is mentioned but this is important because the clients tend to make you waste your time working hard and then they don't want to pay, or they spend months to make a payment.

I haven't received the invite yet to Quickbooks, but a potential client informs me that she uses a business checking account as well as her personal account for her business. Can I help her with her books, or do I need to tell her I can't help her until she runs everything through the business account?

Why do they agree to give you access to QB before even receiving a quote or deciding to work with you?

If the three tiers are $250, $500 and $1000 why would you quote the company 400 instead of 500. Or are the tiers refering to charging for something different?
