Rachael: "I've had some questions already about what to do if you want to do locally on your computer so if you want to use the same syntax that we're using? Again the SQL will be the same, the Python will be different. If you want to use the same Python we're using, you need to install the client library. (let me make that fit good) And to do that there is BigQuery Client Libraries so I googled BigQuery Client Libraries ( ... ) and it is a little bit of futzing: you're gonna need to install it, you're gonna need to set up authentication, you need to have a google cloud platform account, you're probably gonna need to set up billing so there are more steps if you want to set it up locally but you are of course perfectly welcome to do that.

Rachael: "We're gonna get an error and the error is 'permission denied'. If you are working with your own bigquery datasets - which you can do down here with your kaggle account - that's gonna be for you to troubleshoot, but for us, the troubleshooting is very easy. All we need to do is add data, and I know it is the hacker_news dataset. And I see "hacker_news" and it has the tag bigquery so I know it's a bigquery dataset, and I can add it to my kernel.
