Just started chapter 3 of PreAlgebra with 7th and 9th grader! Cannot even begin to explain how amazing this has been for both of them. They do the lessons together and tests separately. My 9th grader has a TBI and had begun to believe that she would never be able to complete high school maths. She has done a 180 and just made a 92 on her test today 🎉

I don't know how Denison isn't super popular. My kid loves math now. He's HAPPY to do it and there have been ZERO complaints or grumbling about math lessons this year. Such a blessing!

I don’t really leave comments but I just had to this time, I saw this video a few months ago and decided to order Denison. I was SO excited as I had never even heard of this curriculum before! My daughter has tried multiple curriculums in the past and math has just consistently been a struggle :/ we’ve been doing Denison for a week now and she absolutely LOVES IT! For the first time ever she is actually ENJOYING math which I didn’t think was possible! So thank you so much for spreading the news on this amazing curriculum!

I can’t begin to tell you how much stress math has caused me and my kids in our homeschool. Your video just popped in my feeds and after watching it I went right over to the Denison website. I previewed some of the video lessons and I immediately knew I had to purchase it. The way in which math is taught and the textbooks are written almost brought me to tears, and that’s tears of joy. This is so helpful, thank you! I was looking for a video course that included a paper book for them to work in so it's not all online. This looks like the one! Looks very doable and not overwhelming at all. Not too many problems, lots of workspace.

I’m switching both of my kids over to this because of your video! I actually asked on one of my homeschooling Facebook group pages last night what others are using for math for their high school kids who struggle and don’t like math at all. An over whelming amount of people commented that they use Denison Math and they will never use anything else again. So I was already looking more into it but I watched your video and I’m convinced now that this is the right decision to switch my kiddos over to Denison math. I looked into and purchased Denison Algebra (the pre-Algebra course for my 8th grader). My 8th grader is not a lover of math. He has LOVED every single bit of his Math work. Like you, Denison Algebra has been an amazing addition to our homeschool and quite honestly an answered prayer! I have no idea how everyone doesn’t know about this! Denison Algebra is the only Math course we plan on using from Pre-Algebra on! Thanks for sharing! Your channel is one of my favorites that I follow for homeschool.

I have a 12th grade student diagnosed with *severe* dyscalculia and wish I would’ve known about this math earlier for him!!
I have 6th and 8th graders both using the 2nd volume of MasterBooks’ Pre Algebra course.
My 8th grader is an average math student and my 6th grader is a math whiz. I am going to pray about using this for them both next year. I saw there is a 40% discount for a second student in the same course….still pricey, but I’d love to be mostly out of the picture for their math and be able to focus on my elementary school age children!

We started this math, prealgebra, this year because of your video awhile back. It is truly amazing! My son loves it!

We also just started it. My daughter is good at math but this math curriculum has been such a relaxed math. My daughter has anxiety, so if she got stuck and didn’t understand something she felt it was not explained well to her and got stuck. It may be a bit easier for her, but I’ve never seen her looking forward to math. If I took her out of public school so she could learn in a way that wasn’t overwhelming, I realized why not use something that works her way.

My non-mathy 9th grader was able to go right to Denison Algebra 1, even though she didn't finish her Prealgebra book (Saxon). I was able to speak directly with the author, and he was so reassuring! He said that he wrote this in such a way that most average 9th graders can go right into it and stay on track for credits, even if they are lacking in some Prealgebra (his background is as a high school math teacher). Needless to say, i was worried at first but took his advice, and she is doing amazing! She is so happy and hasn't had to ask me for any help. She used to deal with so much anxiety, but now she says she loves math 🤷‍♀️🎉!
