Thank you VERY much for doing these. I love MyRadar and this is so nice to start having some tuts on all the more detailed features. I look forward to see the videos on the more advanced features. In the last week I started seeing a square, arrow, and speed for storms in MyRadar. I would assume this is simply the direction and speed of the storm itself. Hoping to learn more about using MyRadar to detect possible tornadoes :) Keep them coming!!

How do I get rid of the place names? I updated and all I can see are the names of everything covering up the actual radar.

As the net controller for the Skywarn Program at the National Weather Service office at the University of Hawaii-Manoa Campus, I’ve had this app for years going back to my days when I owned the Apple iPhone 4s. I came here today because we are having severe weather warnings right this moment and I needed to look at MyRadar’s Doppler radar screen to see how bad the weather will be in the next few hours. Thanks Mike for the app overview. Ok, so where is my new Apple iPhone, lol!

On the iPhone app, do you lock in and unlock/delete cities. I have about 5 with the padlock on the left side, and I cannot remove any of them. Thanks!

Hi Mike- I love the app. Still discovering a few things I didn’t know. I like the way the maps can be changed to diff looks . Question???? Can I turn off camera under privacy when not sending a photo or does it have to be on all the time?

How come when u click weather alerts in the layers option it shows u colours but doesnt tell u what the colours mean. How I am supposed to know what the weather alerts are showing if it doesnt specify what the colours are.

Ive used MyRadar for the past couple years and every warning or watch it will alert me and its alerted us in Texas about a tornado warning in the middle of the night and we got in the safe room
The next morning we looked at the news and not even a mile away from our house an ef0 touched Down while we were in the safe room
It alerts us 24/7 of our location

I’m gonna subscribe to MyRadar pro subscription today so I can use the advanced radar and all of that
