Modified Push Up: If you are unable to do a standard push up try doing this Modified Push up. When doing this do not let your hips go floating up toward the ceiling! Keep Hips down to make a straight line from your head to your knees during your push up. Keep abdominal muscles contracted and try to go through a full range of motion lowering your chest as close to floor as possible and then push hands into floor to fully extend arms for each repetition.
