MK is incredible. I am stunned that this deep into her run, when Elphies can start sounding tired, she keeps raising her already incredibly high bar... She IS Elphaba. Also, I hope this slower tempo leading up to and during the flight until the end is a permanent thing. For awhile the Broadway orchestra has sounded like they're all on cocaine.... Elphabas having to run an Olympic sprint just to get in the lift to lock it in in time... still adjusting their skirts and catching their breath on the push out before the rise.... This is how it should be done.
