Visiting Donald Trump's mansion in 🇸🇽 Plum Bay St. Martin (SXM)

It's not the best beach of the island (due to the rocks in the water), but it definately is a long remote strecht of beach.

Together with Long Bay, it is the longest beach on the Island.

Not many people know that this beach is accesible for the public, because to get to the beach you have to go through a guarded gate.

All beaches on SXM are public. That means that the guard has to let everybody in that want to visit the beach.

The reason that it ia guarded, is that the area around thw beach is a rich neighborhood with a lot of villa's and mansions.

One of the famous residents of this area is Donald Trump. Trump's mansion is for sale.
If you have some change, you might buy it for a small amount of $16.200.000 US Dollars.

Legends say that Trump has never been in this mansion.

I knew back in 1984 on my first visit to St Maarten that ALL beaches are public! I went to any beach even La Samana!!
