Songs that tell a story and are brutally honest like this don’t hardly exist anymore. And the simplicity of the arrangement is just beautiful. Well done.

I'm a mom and can tell you no matter how many girls (or boys) they go home with, how drunk they get, how much they cuss, or what they do or don't believe, I will ALWAYS love and be proud of my kids. ❤️ Hope your mom feels the same way!

This whole song is like an extension of the line from I Spend to Much Time in My Room "My mom don't like my tattoos, so i have to act like i do".

Just sent this to my mom and I haven't stopped crying since her reply. The Band CAMINO has gotten me through some rough times. Love you all.

SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SONG.

[Lyrics]
I've done a lot that I regret
Said things that I wish I'd never said
I'm trying, I'm human, I don't know what I'm doing
This is me just being real with you I guess

Sometimes I get drunk
Sometimes I say, "Fuck"
Sometimes I talk about things you don't like in my songs
I've gone home with girls a lot
I don't know if there's a God
Sometimes I try to act like I don't know right from wrong
I'm sorry Mom

I'm sorry Mom

I admit I don't call home enough
I've never been good at that kind of stuff
I'm selfish, I'm stubborn, a terrible big brother
But you still pray that one day I'll grow up

Sometimes I get drunk
Sometimes I say, "Fuck"
Sometimеs I talk about things you don't like in my songs
I've gone homе with girls a lot
I don't know if there's a God
Sometimes I try to act like I don't know right from wrong
I'm sorry Mom

I'm sorry Mom

I wish that I could find the words
To tell you how much that it hurts
That I'm not who you wanted me to be
But no matter what I've done
No matter how far I run
I just hope deep down you're proud of me

Sometimes I get drunk
Sometimes I mess up
I hope you know I love you, even if you hate this song
I'm sorry Mom
I'm sorry Mom

Love how it gets brighter as the song progresses. It's like the darkness is taken away as he is able to express himself. Especially on 0:30 mark "It's just me being real" then it starts to get brighter.

This is painfully beautiful
I genuinely don’t know what it is but TBC made me genuinely fall in love with music again. Not just throwing songs on, but getting passionate about singing, playing and sharing music all over again. I immediately sent this to my brother and said “we need to figure out how to play this, it makes me FEEL things”

I'm literally crying. Like actual tears. I've never actually cried to a song before. Do know that you're doing great, Jeffrey (and Spencer and Andrew too).

cool to have a true acoustic song by them

These guys never make typical radio pop music, which imo is great cause, although radio pop can be good a lot of the time, it’s overplayed a lot and this song can be remembered for a long time by the people who really listen to it ❤️

Sting: “If you play music with passion and love and honesty, then it will nourish your soul, heal your wounds and make your life worth living. Music is its own reward.”

Mission Accomplished!! Well Done!!

Having the raw audio at the end is genius and beautiful.

It's simple, It has a message, It has a story, and an easy for the ears rhythm that makes you just want to hug your mom. Love it.

I want my mom to be proud of me, but I don't want to give up my dreams. Sometimes it's really difficult being a daughter, but so is being a mother I imagine.
This song is beautiful, right around Mother's Day ❤️❤️ I love this so much!

When my adult step-son posted this song to me on Facebook, my heart danced, and in a moment I only remembered the good times in our lives, as all good parents do💛
