I follow these directions I look at the video by like 10 times and I looked up different videos and include I went back to this video so the piece of the clip that go to this phone in the hole. I wish i never look how to insert sim cards i will next time ask the phone company to do it for me since it no where to do it i hate phones that the back won't came off easily. But thank you. How to insert SIM card.

1. Prepare tools like SIM card and SIM card tools and phone
2. Take phone and find SIM card holder
3. Put pin on SIM card hole holder and press it until SIM card holder come out of the phone
4.carefully remove SIM card holder on device and put SIM card on SIM card holder
5.put SIM card in and press it gently, put SIM card holder back and ITS ready

That doesn't work. I have a tray that has 3 slots 2 small ones and a big one. I have no idea how to use. If you don't have a try like that it impossible to do that not all phones have your type of phone. I have i17 pro. Can you do that cause i look everywhere i try when I got this phone it came with no SIM cards. So I'm afraid i will damage the slots. I will try again if I not got it I will go to the phone shop and ask a professional help. But thank you
