Dueling a Hunter at 25 is like fighting a toddler as an adult. Dudes literally got nothing but Freeze Trap and CC Shot. Sure, on a perfect day, he specs for the stun and it lands, but that’s a 20% chance to land and Xaryu still has Blink to get out of it.

At least if it was 30 he’d have Scatter Shot to give himself an opportunity to keep an opening between them. Not to mention the dueling area limits how far a Hunter can kite by nature to begin with, which is honestly the only way a great hunter is beating any half decent mage in Classic.

Hell, even the FD pickup at 30 would be useful for dropping target on a poly or frost bolt cast. Watching this made me die a little inside. Xaryu just straight up bullying someone just because he plays a class that’s innately less than his by design alone 😂

Yeah if you got that nova the duel would’ve been pretty unfair. Suppose to start 20 yards away from each other not with a nova in his dead zone
