FYI to unlock this chest you need to:
Just CREATE a Pthumerian Ihlly Root Chalice with all the 3 fetted options selected so 6x yellow bone 15x tomb mold (5) and 12x Ritual Blood (5) will be required once you make the chalice you can then open this chalice! Hope this helps!

1- there is a set of requirements to create the chalice via chalice ritual, you will need to have those in place, create a cursed chalice then complete/remove the chalice before searching for this specific one.
2- To be able to perform the attach sequence in the video and maximize runes from visceral attacks, you need one of 3 weapons all dlc weapons that does 2 visceral attacks back to back. The holy moonlight sword, Amgdaylan arm and Saif butcher knife (execute the spelling)
Once these are done, follow the video, level up, butcher other hunters and enjoy responsibly.

I was farming the giant pigs in BloodBorne for a bit to long, i even started dreaming about them... so one morning on my way to work (in game ur joystick starts vibrating when the pigs charge at u) i suddenly feel vibrations (probably from cars) and my mind just goes to ''fuk...they are right behind me and its to late to dodge'' and than i wake up that im in the real world and there are no giant pigs, my heart was pumping so hard from that and i could feel my spine getting ready for the impact... it was fun.


I miss playing this game, i can't wait to get alzheimer.

Ok for those struggling to get the vis on the second Hunter, you have to approach her from slightly right side. Her right hand side. The second charge attack pushes her toward the pillar if you are directly behind her.
My kirkhammer require two vis to kill with 27%+ gems. So I farmed chunks to up my moonlight. In other words, unless you are really skilled at counter, you will need moonlight to kill. Strength at 99 won’t be enough. I cannot speak for other stats I had been playing strength weapon only.

Have you tried taking the Blue Elixir right after killing the second hunter and then go for the third hunter in the end?

I consistently manage to do this farm without any DLC weapon:

I use an Uncanny Ludwig Holy Blade at +10 with three 25.3% Physical Gems (at minimum) and the Empty Phantasm Shell.

I also have a perfect 50/50 in strength and skill as it allows me to have just enough damage.

I buff my weapon, charged R2, visceral, and then a single R2 to finish the rest of the Keepers HP while she gets up as the LHB has just enough reach for it to work.

I then repeat the process for the second Keeper, as the buff WILL last until both are dead.

Unfortunately, the Ludwig Holy Blade seems to be the only base game weapon capable of doing this perfectly and easily when set up right from what I have seen.
