The first one has me real sad. Fifteen years ago, I was four years old and living in Manhattan. Life was so much better then. Simpler. I remember how much I loved the city and how everything was fascinating to me and how happy I was then. My dad would pick me up from school and we'd take the E train up to Toys R Us in Times Square and buy me a Hot Wheels car. We'd have lunch together and then go back to our apartment in Chelsea. Before I'd go to bed, this is the song my mom would play on the CD player in my room. Every time I hear Claire De Lune all I can think about is how life was once. And this... this really tapped into my nostalgia.
