Hey tony what do you think about Marvin Cooks “true boxer stance” where he has his front foot pointed at the opponent and back foot hidden ?

Thank you Coach. I now know what my next 20 rounds of shadow boxing will be focused on - get rid of my heel toe. Appreciate your videos. It awesome we can learn directly from a successful professional that boxed at the highest level.

Thank you so much for all your amazing content. I really appreciate your channel. It is kind of funny the older I get the more I realize the importance of obsessing over basic fundamentals. Thanks again, Coach!!!

Great video I remember David binns used to say extend and correct for the last part of the video, stopping bringing feet together and maintaining stance at all times

It’s really rare to find a video like this I’ve been into boxing basically my whole life and almost no one points out pros making mistakes. They usually just say you’re not a pro you got no say ect.

Hey Tony Jeffries just found out about your channel last week and learned a lot from your advice great content! I haven't done any real boxing training but I have loved boxing since I was 13 an im 24 now. And have been self teaching for the years and learning from videos and your are the best! And I was wondering can you do a video with combos that move forward with inside punches? Like a Mike Tyson style. By the way AWESOME LAST NAME! LOL
