My Favourite New Features in Cubase 11

I love how Cubase upped their game. Been using it since the Atari days and tried Logic, Ableton and last year Reaper but I still feel most inspired with Cubase. These new plugins also make it a great value.

I dont use Cuebase at all, but your videos are always a huge learn experience! I always think about ways how I can use certain features in a diffrent way on FL Studio which helped me alot! Keep up the good work!

Dash! Another excellent content. Thanks for this video on Cubase 11. I am expecting a delivery on 1010 Bitbox 2.0, that Advanced Audio Export feature will surely come in handy for exporting multisamples for it.Bezier curves in the MIDI editor looks like a great feature too. I'll be interested to see what you end up doing with SpectraLayers One... maybe in a future video?

SpectraLayers one is the best feature in pro 🤘👍 why is nobody raving about it... It's a game changer, you would normally have to pay more than cubase pro price alone to be able to strip or isolate vocals from mastered tracks!

The first thing I thought when I saw the new sampler track was that bass sampling will be 100x faster. Something saw in another vid is that after u slice an audio file unto hitpoints, u can change the mode and it will automatically assign each slice to a different note. So in theory you can export a file with notes for A, A#, B, C etc, load it into the sampler track, slice it, mode change, and there you have it... Bassline sampled! There is something I am curios about though and I haven't had the chance to ask you Dash is: When you re-sample the bass notes, are they EQed/Processed differently?

Took me 10 tries to update my license, sloooiw and kept failing. I felt like I was trying desperately for hot concert tickets or something. Steinberg has made the upgrade process extra convoluted this time.

Think they need proxy files or something to speed up their VSTI like Halion, to speed audition and load times of presets. Or a fast browsing solution like Akia or IN, VIP

Would you say the frequency eq2 is better than fabfilter pro q3? Because it sure looks like it (besides not having match eq or unlimited bands, both aren't useful most of the time)

I upgraded to Pro 11 yesterday but it keeps hanging when i try to open it due to issues with the plugin manager it seems, do you know of any fix to correct it pls? It's a pain having to force close it and trigger it to bypass the manager on setup :(

you thumb is going the wrong way. this is the most underwhelming release in Steinbergs history. Nothing that says WOW at all. A few plugins.. so what. A few sample sounds..so what. No polyphonic variaudio.. no anything that i want in this useless realese.
