Requirements
Minimum qualification required is HSC / XIIth std. in addition to a reasonable work experience.

Certification
On successful completion of this course, you will be able to take an Online Exam/Quiz in which you will have to score 50% in order to Pass. Once you secure more than 50%, you will be declared as "Pass" and your Certificate will be generated automatically which will be saved in your Login ID as well as emailed to you on your registered Email Id.

About Mr. BV Doctor - Process Coach
BV Doctor is a Graduate in Engineering from L. D. College Of Engineering, Ahmedabad in the field of Textile Technology (1977-1981) and Post Graduation from VJTI (1982-1984) in the same field. He is also MBA Generic and HR (2011-2013) from MG University, Meghalaya & got trained as Master Trainer under the CANADA-INDIA Joint program from Indian Society Of Technical Education. He is also Fellow member of Institution of Engineers(India) and Chartered Engineer (Institute of Engineers India). Having Published many papers in reputed journals and conducting many Training Programs for Lecturers of Polytechnic under ISTE in Maharashtra, he has attended many training programs on various subjects. He has also served as Head of Knitting technology Department at SASMIRA's Institute of Man-made Textiles and had two terms of 2 years as Incharge Principal. He has conducted program for Industry people at various Industries and got retired from service on 31st December 2018 after a almost 34 yrs of service as an academician. Lastly he is the founder and MD of LEAD WALKER training and consultancy services
