Court blocks release of Missouri man wrongly convicted of murder

There is no law that incarcerates people for anything other than a crime. Now that his conviction has been overturned, he needs to be released.

What gets me is this man has no evidence against it, and he is still in jail after the AG blocks his release!!!
Remember, the actual murderer is still out there, and that should be the AG's top priority to find them and not keep an innocent man behind bars so the AG can say the case was solved !!! Plus, i believe the AG's actual motive is one of money as this man would have the right to sue for damages !!!
But even so, im sure the defendant would prefer to have the freedom that was stolen from him 2+ decades before !!!
