Here is what I'm selling on EBAY to get consistent sales on a daily basis. The trick is to list good quality items on a regular basis and to buy low and sell high. That's really the core to be a successful reseller. It can be difficult to find these items, but if you put in the time, the sales will flow in. In this video I show you my personal eBay sales so you can see what kind of items people will buy on eBay. I get all my items from thrift stores like Goodwill, rummage sales, garage sales, estate sales, and buy locally of Facebook marketplace etc.

//WHO AM I?

I'm Wick and I am a reseller for a living. I find things at garage sales, thrift stores, and even clearance at retail stores to sell. I do online arbitrage, retail arbitrage, and buy locally. While the majority of my business is done through Amazon FBA, I also sell on eBay or anywhere else I can flip the junk that I find.

I also trade stocks and futures, do affiliate marketing, and Merch by Amazon to make money online. My goal is to live a free life away from the typical 9-5 job.

//FAQ

Q: What Apps do you use to sell online (eBay and Amazon)?

A: I search the eBay sold and completed listings to get an idea of what products are selling for. I use the Amazon Seller App to scan for FBA.

Q: Can you make a living selling online?

A: Yes, the difficulty is based on how much effort you put in and how much you need to make each month. I do this full time.

Q: Where do you find your clearance products to resell?

A: Literally everywhere. Check end caps and look for clearance aisles, but mostly it will be mixed in. Ask a manager if there's any good clearance deals and build a relationship if possible.

Q: Do you make a full-time living selling online?

A: I do. All my bills are covered, I'm able to save a good amount, and put money back into the business. I also do other things to make money, but reselling is the meat. It takes a lot of work and dedication to make a full-time living reselling.

I saran wrap the books together so they don't shift and less likely to break the box.

I found that same mysteries of the unknown book set at an "estate sale" that was really just a lady selling collectibles and items out of the rooms of her home. She wanted $300, which even appeared to be more than sold comps on ebay, so I left them behind. $5 is more like it! Lady was out of her mind!

Great video as always Wick You know I just started doing this myself and I want to let you know, you can actually test slot cars with a 9 V battery. Just put the battery terminals up to the copper strips and the wheels should spin.

Being a mail carrier we have to deliver the package no matter what. If you file a claim it has to show the item/box actually made it to your home. Doesn’t matter if the contents are in it or not. We mark it received without contents/damaged etc

Funny thing is I legit always hear you say “These shoes are usually marked up at this Goodwill. However, these were only $5”. 😂

Seems like Ohio is the place to be for flipping. Always hear amazing deals out of that state. ❤

Thanks, as always, Wick. I always learn so much, especially from the actual sales videos. RE: the Danner boots you featured/sold: My husband is a huge Danner boots fan. He has a pair that he wore so much that he just sent them in to the rebuild center at the company to have them resoled. Once there, the recrafting staff had his boots apart and said that there was no sense in doing this work without fixing other issues. A sales technique? We don't think so - we did the math, and what they were describing was true - they did leak. It was either do the rebuild or replace them for wayyy more than what was charged for rebuilding them and then starting over, breaking them in to arrive at perfect boots again. About 2 weeks later - he essentially has new boots in all the Good ways, and his old boots in all the "these fit me!" ways. So, Danner boots are not only a good boot up front, but will rebuild/resole on the other side of things, if you feel like you'd like to do that.

Hey Wick,
Am selling a Fire King BLUE open sugar and creamer for $25.00 today that I picked up for $5.00 at an estate sale. Sold it on Nextdoor, which I love, for cash.
I live in a HUGE retirement area and have never been stood up/blown off.
Blessings,
K.T

I bought the unicorn statue from the Lillian Vernon catalog in the 90's. If you're old enough to remember that catalog. I paid $40 for it. It was a real blast from the past seeing it in your video.

Hi Wick! Happy Sunday to you!

I had commented before on one of your other videos, (I can’t find it now) but I was asking you about a battery charger. Because of your answer, I had the confidence to list it, and I just sold it yesterday! I had it listed for about a week before it sold. I received a best offer for $40, a 100% profit (the best kind) because I picked it up from my neighbors trash pile! I wanted to share the story with you to show you that your knowledge is helping others and your videos absolutely make a difference!

And, whenever I comment I also like to ask you a question about yourself. Hope you don’t mind but it interests me! So, this time my question is, what do you think is one or two things you listed that you had a hard time letting go of because of your personal feelings. So, basically listing it as opposed to keeping it for yourself. (When I do this, I list it really high so that if it does sell, I’ve made a huge profit to make up for the personal loss)

Thanks again for the content as well as always responding to my posts!
