Bought one of these, because modern TV doesn't have analog output anymore and I want to connect my TV to a pair of studio that only supports analog input. Problem with this is that it cannot control the volume by using the TV's remote, making it useless for my scenerio. Needed to return it in the end.
PS. I got another one of these ARC to analog converter and that one works with the volume, just that I don't like the audio quality from that one. Though the avantree could sound better but it's useless without volume control

I ordered one in amazon US, My plan is to connect my sound bar to HDMI ARC and my another audio monitor connect to RCA, hope will work the same time my both speaker using this HAX05.

I just bought the HAX04...did I bought the wrong one? I need to connect a soundbar, a TV and my already exsisting Receiver 5.1. For one reason I cannot split the sound. I mean if I connect like I think is has to be and I go to my Receiver 5.1 to watch a movie in Kodi with DD 5.1 it does not change, it stays stereo. If I disconnect the items and use only the optical from TV to Receiver and Kodi I get 5.1 sound. I can only use the soundbar in BT. There is somehing I miss and dont get it, but what? The wrong extractor?
