RockNIX for the X55 is NOT ready for prime-time, I installed it and there's just too many issues for the time being, emulators that were fine in JelOS run terribly or are missing functions for now being one big one, and that's certainly not to say it won't get better, just be aware that this is still very much a WiP. I'm going back to the last build of JelOS for the forseeable future as I know everything that I used worked properly. I'll try again in a few releases.

UPDATE

I have installed the 20240517 update and it's pretty much resolved all the issues I was having, and performance overall has gone *way* up. I knew with some time they could get it right. NOW ROCKNIX on the X55 is ready. If you have one still on JelOS? I seriously suggest updating to this build. To the ROCKNIX team? Nicely done update. Thank you!

I just installed on my RGB30. The second micro sd card. I just made one folder named roms, and the games were able to be played. Thank you sir.

Dobra robota. Testuje od momentu wydania. Jak na razie nie zauważyłem jakiś bug'ów. Szkoda, że dla x55 to jedyne oprogramowanie do wyboru. Konkurencja nie istnieje.

I believe its safer to stay with Jelos, it works fine that way with better sd card

Question - What is the folder structure for the roms card? I copy and pasted what was on the old card in TF2 to a new card but the roms don't show up when using Rocknix. Help.

Does Rocknix have a setting to save state when power off and boot into last save state when booting up?

Thank you new sub here, I just ordered a Powkiddy X55 yesterday and just found out Jelos has stopped support. So glad I haven't bought a future oversized paper weight 😅. When it arrives is it worth sticking with the latest version of Jelos for the moment for stability reasons and jump onto Rocknix later down the line? 🤔

It can mess up your system to reboot Everytime you shut off you console. I had to take the battery out of my max 10 after using this firmware it's not ready yet. Most people will not have tools to take apart there systems and be stuck with a rebooting system Everytime they want to power off. Just use latest jelos it's stable

I think they should add Vulkan support, since games like God of War don't work well and Trimui works very well, they just have to be serious about adding Vulkan to their Powkiddy systems.

Also updated my x55 to rocknix and also put my games in the rom folder. But the games don't work. What am I doing wrong? It must be said that I mostly like c64 where control does not always work optimally and super nintendo games. But have a card with games from gogamegeek that came with my powkiddy x55 and it worked fine with jellos
