Michigan is so behind the times when it comes to their electrical infrastructure. The powerlines and the phone lines need to be in the ground like a plethora of other states have already done in the last 20 years. Time to get rid of these archaic telephone poles that have nothing but problems in the winter time, or during severe weather.
