I didn't like the way the stock front grille looked on my 2016 #AudiA4 so I decided to replace it with a honeycomb #RS4 front grille, which turned out to be one of the most over-complicated jobs ever, especially when done with common hand tools

The complication of modern cars is killing what the home DIY-er can do in their garage. Yes, modern cars are safer and more comfortable but that comes at the expense of simplicity, which is a compromise I'd take any day, except the days I would want to fix something or upgrade something
