Double Decker Tacos

12 Taco Shells
12 6" Soft Flour Tortilla
1 lb Ground Beef
1 pkg Taco Seasoning *prepared according to directions
1 Can Refried Beans

Garnish:

Shredded Lettuce
Diced Tomatoes
Diced Onions - optional
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Taco Sauce

In a medium skillet brown ground beef. Drain liquid if needed. Add 1 pkg of taco seasoning and prepare as directed.

Heat refried beans in a small pot. I like to thin down my beans so I'll add a little water or chicken broth.

Heat the hard shells & soft shells according to directions.

To prepare:

Lay out your soft shells, spread a layer of refried beans on top and place a hard shell in the middle. Fold over to create a cover. Fill with 2 Tbsp beef mixture. Top off with as much or as little of sour cream, lettuce, onions, cheese, tomatoes & taco sauce.
