Thx a lot. I am so cunfused regarding influence of DC polarity to weld penetration. So what is better fo more penetration on base metal? DCEP or DCEN? And why? And is is the for all welding processes? Will be happy to get a proper answer.

Amazing, Bob! But there were some points in the video which I didn't understand well and had to rewatch the video and look them up on Google. Also, there are some glitches in your illustrations, sometimes video is not synced with your voice and other times various unwanted things like cursor,  drop down menu or white bars appear randomly. Overall, I liked this video as it simplifies the welding methods you explained and gives a general idea of what they are. Nice job on drawings and diagrams! I guess if you could also make a series of videos on various systems of cars, airplanes, etc they will become very popular! There are many cool ideas for making videos. Your channel HAS the potential to become much more popular. Keep up the nice work ;)

Hi, Bob. I know some people close their eyes while welding without wearing a mask or a helmet.
Is that a dangerous thing to do? What are the health hazards or side effects of it?
