I bought this smart watch only a month ago, and I can no longer access the smartwatch store to change the face of the watch! It keeps telling me that it “cannot connect to the server.” I have attempted several times by resetting the watch; uninstalling the app and installing it again and shutting off my phone. Nothing is working! Please tell me how to connect to the server so I can change the face of the watch. I paid for this watch, so I should be able to use it.

Mine won't turn on or connect to phone.... when plugged into to charger it shows same thing with circle going around 3 to 5 times then screen go black again
