It's weird how authentic this feels. This is like bodycam footage from a drug raid or a hostage siege. Like you said, Kane and Lynch 2 aesthetics are abound. If this is what a potential Kane and Lynch 3 would be, I'd buy it in a snap.

I love when game devs come up with creative ways to manipulate the composition of the perspespective and feild of view, etc. This is awesome. I like how the enemies react too when they are hurt.

Fish eye + low resolution + realistic color grading = you get this game. This looks realistic af and I thought this is a camcorder, I was like "what the heck?"

I really like the wide angle FOV(body cam) style. The only critique I could offer atm is not to have that permanent haze over the lens but rather have the environment/ gameplay change the clarity of the lens. You could even add a function to clean the lens in fire fights etc. To make it more difficult and grounded in reality. For example impact debris and blood etc. That you have to press a button to clean the lens for more accurate shooting/ traversal.

I used to run The Witcher 3 on my 4k tv but at very low tv-resolution and with the "cinema" palette filter on, it looks ages more realistic than colorful high resolution

I thought you were messing with us in the beginning, damn! The lower resolution body cam footage effect really helps selling the realism of the graphics.

I think the only thing that gives it away from being real is the stiff arm animations. Other than that it looks INCREDIBLE

The lower resolution and colors on point really adds that GoPro camera vibes that soldiers use. It looks so real maybe except the speed of some animations and recoil - camera shaking
