That ms68 ike really catches your eye. Very nice coin.

I'm pretty sure you need to go the Gold Shield route with PCGS to receive the True View photography.

Maybe that's one of the advantages for using ANACS. They are more willing to give even minor attributes.

I always have problems with the small date/large date difference.

I went to my LCS today and got a very nice dime and quarter both with awesome light blue toning on them. Very much like the one you have. Not graded though. But boy are they pretty.

1982 was when zinc replaced copper, I think some of both were made

Even if paying for the variety with PCGS you risk losing your centavos.

Oh darn, it's NFS... but, I can't wait for it to come back from CAC and hopefully no one else watching is interested 😍🤞

Hi Ben, Thank you for the vlog! I was wondering how does the pricing PCGS puts out for the different grades on coins match up to the real world? Can the PCGS pricing be used as a guideline/starting point?

I cannot get into modern, save for silver state quarters, a few women’s quarters or commemorative dollars (and proof eagles).

Otherwise, I do Mercury dimes, walking Liberty half’s, Standing Liberty half’s and anything sitting Liberty, and maybe a Barber half or quarter.

But mostly, I like those first have of the 1900’s. I want a good Indian penny. Do you have a good red Indian penny for $100 or less, or are those expensive now?

Jealous about the 74 silver Ike. I have 72 and 73 silver in ms68 but 71, 74 and 76 in ms67. I do have all of the clad and silver proofs in ms69dcam. It helps my ranking a bit. Just checked... the 73 silver ms68 only has 18 graded higher. Not too shabby.

Ben I've got a challenge for you.

Get a Susan B in a PCGS 67 holder, and not one from the 90s i mean a 1979-81 susan B.

I've owned a handful of high end Susan Bs and its a challenge. NGC I've seen is more forgiving on them but PCGS is really stingy with the 67

It's funny they want you to pay for their Trueview pictures and then they don't pay you a royalty to publish them on their website

Those are some nice varieties! Did you check those 70s Sm Dt 1c for varieties? They too have varieties that the 3rd Party Companies don't recognize.

Ben, it seems almost every double die coin shows doubling on the obverse but rarely, if ever, on the reverse. Any theory on why that is the case?

Why is there no ms 62 rd ms 61 rd cents or ms 60 rd Lincoln cents
