The thing is, if you are coding for a company or something like that, you are of course going to google stuff. People who write the code you find spend actual time thinking about the problem and try to come up with the best thing possible. That time is wasted when you're just working for a company. So you should never feel bad if you're using someone's code, especially when you're just working for a company.
