Kinsella on Liberty Podcast: Episode 385.

This is an audio version of my article “Goods, Scarce and Nonscarce” (with Jeffrey A. Tucker), Mises Daily (Aug. 25, 2010). Narrated by Bob Reilly.

N.b.: the narrator mispronounces some words, e.g. he pronounces Menger as “Minn-jer” and causally as “casually”.

Two questions for Mr. Kinsella

1. ~6:00 the argument of “only one person can control this body directly”, I’ve heard that stated as an argument Hoppe presented, is this true? And if so do you know in what so I can delve into the material more

2. Would you consider yourself to philosophically be a Hoppean? You support and develop on a number of his philosophical points, but I haven’t heard your stance on directly political topics before so I can’t compare typical political hoppeans to your views. That’s why I make the distinction between philosophically hoppean or politically hoppean, as well, I’ve seen many people who accept one but not both.

Hope you see this, been wondering the second one for a while. Thank you and keep up the great work

If Lady Gaga creates a digital recording, then shares it freely as a member of an information-sharing society, how can we incentivize her to keep doing this? She's got bills...

Hello, can you make a video regarding AI art? I'm an artist and it seems like everyone in the art community is against AI for art.
They want government regulation, they are afraid of losing clients due to AI being so good, fast and cheap. They don't like the idea of AI copying their art (mostly styles) since they think it should be owned by the artist and no one else (as if you could own such thing). I've seen countless videos against it and no video for it, so I stumbled upon your IP videos and I think no one else could answer better than an anarchist. Thanks. Please search for Midjourney and artstation protests against AI.
