Almost no captain can win against elite strenritter 1v1. But for Mayuri, he's already great because he only needs 1 help to defeat an elite, and don't forget that Pernida is a component of the Soul King's body, just like Gerard. If the weakest is probably Askin because he was a substitute, not a member of the original strenritter elite in the first place.
