World leaders posed for a 'family portrait' at the G7 summit

World leaders posed on the shore of the Atlantic this evening for a 'family portrait' at the G7 summit in Biarritz. But Boris Johnson found himself at the far side of the front row of 14 Presidents and prime ministers (circled) and once wives and husbands arrived for the photo call the PM was even further from the centre of the action. It comes following a day of talks in southern France which included warm words from Trump to Johnson. The photo call included some light-hearted moments including Continental cheek kisses between Angela Merkel and Donald Trump which looked in danger of missing the mark (bottom left) and a peck on the cheek for Justin Trudeau from Melania Trump (bottom right).
