Thanks for putting this together. I'm new to all of this, and maybe you can help me. I have a Marshall DSL1CR (1-watt) that is great for low-volume practicing, but it's too loud for late at night. The amp has an "emulated out" (with cab sim) for headphones. The problem is that the sound isn't that great. Maybe I could get a better quality if I plug the headphones into a DAC/Amp combo or a headphone amp. So I'm wondering if this can be a solution:

Guitar -> DSL1CR -> (using emulated out) Slow Gear headphone amp -> Headphones

Do you think that could do the trick?

Why, why, WHY is this company not promoting themselves more? There’s only two links on YouTube about this product. And this headphone amp is the only one that offers the auxiliary feature. And despite 12v capability, it’s still center pin negative and less than a 500ma draw (which means that it can adapt with most power supplies without extra cables). I bet that this company is busting through the seams and can’t keep these things in stock. Everybody should own one of these. I just ordered one but have not received yet.

Forgive what may be a dumb question or something I didn't follow in the video, but are you saying that I could plug my phone into the AUX input, plug in my headphones and be able to practice while hearing both the record and my guitar through my headphones?

So does the volume knob control the headphone volume only or the 1/4 outputs as well? I want to put this under my board and don’t want to keep adjusting the volume after practicing…

Simple question, but one I can't get an answer to:

Does the main volume control ONLY affect the headphone out? AKA Are the buffered L and R outs truly just passthroughs?

There are a TON of guitarists out there who use a direct to FOH rig for work/gigs and need an easy way to rehearse or learn songs quickly and can NOT run around carrying a small mixer (why on earth would you travel with a small mixer on a gig?) this thing is brilliant.

I’ve gotten a tremendous amount of ‘day before’ or even same day calls to do gigs and would LOVE this thing. This is amazing

I just use the behringer MA400 it's like 25$ and runs off my di out....plug in a phone or ipad to auxiliary and play along with tracks through my live rig....it also serves as in ear monitoring for the vocalist...

There doesn't seem to be any way to actually buy this. The website doesn't sell it and directed you to a reverb shop, and the reverb shop doesn't sell it. Any idea what's going on? There's nothing else like it on the market, it's perfect.

Would you be able to tell me if the larger volume knob affects the L/R out or just the headphones out? I’d like to run this on my board but don’t want to have to constantly worry what volume I’m giving FOH from this and an amp sim.

Merry Christmas!! I have one question. I recently got the Slow gear electronics headphone amp and I was wondering can I connect my laptop and phone at the same time so I can record through my phone for a cover and have my laptop play track or music and I'm sure my in ears go where it says phones??

How is the quality of the headphone output?

I currently use an ACS1 headphone output to practice and it doesnt sound too far off from my recording, so wondering how wide the gap is between if you hooked up an ampless rig to a PA and compared the output on the headphones?

A drummer could send a click track through the aux to help him keep time. This is also useful with a mixer. Too bad it is out of stock.
