Twilight at Trestles

This tune was originally recorded by The Torquays back in the early 1960's. Trestles is a famous surf area in California. The track was also part of the Shad Lads repertoire back in 2013, but got lost after a while. I always thought the original by The Torquays was a bit "thin" sound. (Jaguar guitars I think?) Looking for some stuff to record, I came across a video of the Shad Lads playing it at the Perth Shadows Club. I looked for a BT but had no luck. I spoke with Peter Charlesworth (the Shad Lads drummer), and he agreed to come up with something I could use. He provided drums, bass and strings. I added some guitar parts and this is the result. Hope you enjoy it.
