How to add Subscript and Superscript in Ms Word in Three Different Ways

A subscript/superscript is a character, symbol or number set slightly below/above the normal line of text. This video tutorial will show you how to do subscript and superscript in Word in three different ways (viz. GUI, keyboard shortcut and equation editor shortcut).

First method is using Home Tab and Subscript or superscript button. This method is simple if you need for few times. Second method is using keyboard shortcut this is the better as it doesn't involve you to switch between mouse and keyboard which is waste of time. Shortcut for subscript is "Ctrl + =" and same for superscript is "Ctrl + Shift + =" . However if typing equation in Equation editor, then there is another shortcut which is better than the first two. It is like LaTeX i.e. anything following _ (underscore) till the next space will be converted to subscript. To get superscript, use ^ (Caret) instead of _ (underscore).
