I adore lip oils and my favorite is Essence Cranberry Lip Oil. It’s a true oil consistency, not a gloss.

That lip liner stain is so unecessary like why would someone wait 20 mins for a mediocre stain that u won't even know if it would show up nicely until u peel off
Rather get a normal lip liner crayon, more control and colour payoff and definitely less time
