This is just a very small video to show that his beard does grow back if you do help him shave it then say that you like the old better. so you only have to wait 8 game days just for it to grow back.

How do I trigger the quest where he asks you to shave him?

I know there's an option where he shaves it for like 1 week and then it permantly grows back for the rest of the game, but when you choose to keep it shaven off does he keep it shaved for the rest of the game? Genuinely curious
