6 years ago I graduated elementary school. 6 years ago I discovered this artist. 6 years ago this was the first song by AJR that I’ve heard. And today after rediscovering this magic, I’m moving onto my senior year.

I am sick of people saying "not a good as i'm ready." First of all AJR is amazing overall. They are insanely talented. And second, their songs aren't made to sound the same. They are each unique and in my opinion, all equally great. Keep your insulting comments to yourself.
Keep it up AJR ❤

After listening to Neotheater I've got to say this has got a Neotheater-ish vibe to it. Probably because of the dramatic instrumentals.

In the beginning I love the way Adam says "damn".
I love the chorus too.

Adam's chill voice in the first part is soooo freaking chill.

I dont know about the rest of you, but I personally love being swept away with a sweeping orchestral score during the chorus of songs.

Not just the beat dropping, but ALL of the instruments all at once, blasting out a synchronized wave of awesome.

Needless to say, AJR does that in more than half of their songs, and I live all of them.

it kills me how underappreciated these guys are... :(

I just don't understand how you guys aren't extremely famous already.

I like the way they mix dubstep-like sounds with 'normal' pop

Here after Bummerland was released. It’s good to see these guys getting bigger and bigger. I’ll see you all after the next album release

5 years and three albums later, this is still an amazing song. Crazy to see how much they have grown though. I also find it funny how they used a trumpet in this song and that is such a big part of Neotheater.

16 second into the song and I'm already in an AJR coma. To much to compute ... System shutting down....

Great orchestral and overblown song from AJR, it’s one of the first songs I heard by them, it still holds up!

Damn, now all the pretty teens and fake IDs around me.
Where did they come from?
Oh, we'll never look like all the models in the movies,
We'll never know.

But tonight, call your friends down,
We're on our way now,
And I feel like shouting, oh, I feel like shouting.
Oh, tonight, it don't matter who you're from,
Tonight we're 21 under all these lights.
(Hey)
I put my heart, I put my soul, I put my life in it,
Look at me now.
(Hey)
We're feeling dumb with coke and rum, we raise a glass to it,
The underdogs.
oohh
(Hey)
I throw my fingers to the ceiling and I won't give in,
Look at me now.

Wait, give me a minute, just a minute, get my focus straight,
They're looking bored.
When did all my friends turn into fake IDs and skinny jeans?
I don't belong.

This song hits different when you're going 70 in a 50 over curvy roads in a sketchy car

0:58 for over 5 years has always reminded me of Lady Gagas rising beat in "Applause", when I here both songs at once its wayyyy off, but when I hear this song every single time. I HEAR IT!!!
