If you listen carefully, she said her grandson never told her it DIDN'T happen. This sounds like the Grandson didn't tell the truth, I've got to see this case!

Judge M had had enough with the two plaintiffs by this stage in the case - the sworn affidavit by the elder plaintiff (grandmother) saying the much older defendant was having $ex with the plaintiff’s 14 year old grandson without any corroborating evidence and no matter how many times the Judge asked who told the plaintiff that “fact” she would only state that her grandson “didn’t say they weren’t having $ex” - it was soooo frustrating - even I was screaming at my phone “then who DID tell you?!!” Cause she sure swore to it in the affidavit as fact! It was BS, they just kept trying to cause trouble for the defendant because the grandson preferred the other family’s home rather than his mum’s 🤦🏻‍♀️

If you don't understand the judge's tone, I recommend listening to the entire court case. After watching it, someone mentioned the title, I looked up the video version of the shoe. The plaintiffs seem to be using the system in the worst way. The grandmother has already been to court 30 times, and the judge knows this. Now, she's getting her daughter to do the same. On the other hand, the defendants seem to be sweet people with no issues.

I watch Judge Milian from time to time. I just don’t like how she handles things sometimes she’s disrespectful and think that she has a right to be disrespectful to People and one of her litigants put her in check and that nobody else has ever done that and she had to really think about it because it caught her off guard, but somebody needed to tell her, she messy messy messy

Why is the defended waaay more calm then the Judge. Very distasteful, unprofessional.
