Man I am a Islam fan but this Guy really made me cry. Him walking away from the sport feels like my entire childhood going away somewhere. I have always loved him since my early adult life. Much love and Respect Dustin.

So humble and such a bad ass!!! He’s a champion even without a belt. True MMA fans will remember him forever. His legacy is solidified. No belt needed.

Never seen anyone take a loss really well like this before. No complaining, no whining, straight to the point what went wrong what could've been better, and at the end of the day, he looks happy and excited about taking his daughter to NewYork. I'm a fan now!

This version of Dustin Poirier would smack Charles and could've take the belt from him.
Charles should be happy he didnt fight this version of Dustin Poirier

Absolute dog man, introduced my younger brother to the sport about 5 years ago, he's been a Dustin Poirier Fan ever since. I'm a massive fan of this guy, truly one of the good guys in this game, and an absolutely warrior in the cage. So grateful to have witnessed his career, and proud of the way he took it to the pound for pound number one. Diamonds are forever 💎
