In case you have persbyopia and need special lenses to see close objects and you also want to do some shallow water diving and spear gun fishing, you can take your presbyopia lenses and fit them in a pair of diving goggles. These goggles are made of durable rubber, and the simple lenses they come with them are fitted in a groove on each side.
So you can take your presbyopia lenses, trim all around them and copy the shape of the goggle lenses, and then fit them in the same grooves.
The rubber around the lense will fit nicely and provide a seal. In case you missalligned the shape and there is a tiny opening somewhere, a drop of silicone adhesive will fill up the space and provide sealing.
Trimming the lenses is not hard, provided that they are polycarbonate and not glass. If they are glass, then it's a good idea to have them shaped at an optics shop.
However, if they are polycarbonate, you can trim them either with the grinding disc, at low revs, or with a simple file.
