Why does Bangladesh want Indian rupee?

Bangladesh is considering using the Indian rupee for trade with India due to falling foreign currency reserves and to reduce reliance on the US dollar. Indian Rupee cannot be an alternative to the US dollar. Bangladesh will have to buy Rupees in USD and then trade with Rupee. It does not make sense because Bangladesh will lose more USD. The reason USD is vital is because the US is the biggest buyer. USA prints money and then buys commodities, paying in USD. That's why people use USD. India needs to buy more from Bangladesh if they want Bangladesh to use Rupees. How much buying capacity India has? If they buy more from Bangladesh, local Indian industry will fail. I know Indians are excited, but this is not simple.

What is the point of Rupee-Taka trade? India has almost all the things Bangladesh needs. So Bangladesh can buy products and services in Rupee. But in return, Bangladesh has nothing to offer. So what will India do with Taka? At best, India will buy Dollar or Euro or Pound. So, Bangladesh's inflation or debt is not going to be reduced. Bangladesh doesn't have any oil or rare earth material under their feet. They are just like India - depending on service sector. If you don't educate your people, you promote Islam and send all the students to Madrasa, then how will you make human resource or gain economic prosperity? To make this work, Bangladesh must go with the same pace India is going. Obviously not by the size but by the policies so that they can at least become something like Vietnam. But Bangladesh can never become Vietnam because Bangladesh is a Muslim country. So, neither India nor Bangladesh has nothing to gain.
